Anyone got a 4.0 Serp Chim/Griff Cylinder Head?

Hey everyone.


Tried changing a plug. Got cross threaded. Thread repair didn't go well....!!


Looking at a replacement head. Seen a pair on eBay for £200. Only need drivers side really.

Also can anyone give me a rough idea in terms what to expect the labour to cost for swapping over a head?

When you say the thread repair didnt go well,did you try a helicoil?Surely thats the best and most cost effective way around the problem?
