Original Tag Heuer 2000 mid size gents watch. Royal Blue Face.

Comes supplied with all the original booklets, but unfortunately no box.

Was bought new in 1997 in Hong Kong (during the hand over). No scratches to the face, the rotating bezel moves with precision and it had a new battery approx 12mths ago. "Usual wear and tear to the bracelet, but as it’s made of quality materials it still looks fantastic."

The watch has been professionally cleaned.

Not for me but 5 would guess it's worth £250-300.

Why?

No me neither but I enjoy these guess the price of the watch threads.

Well, only when the O.P. tells us the answer in the end.

My first ever proper watch on a white face....

For that one, I would say £150-175 (lower, because of text).

The guy is asking £350 for it, which i originally thought was too much, I was thinking more along the lines of £200 to be honest but when asked for his bottom line on it hes telling me its worth every penny.

£200 tops for a minter. For a watch in good, average condition as a private sale I'd reckon on c£150.

If you really, really, really like it, then go with Dominic's advice and don't pay more than £150. It certainly isn't a minter. Personally I think that it looks quite worn, that the style is outdated and I know for a fact that you could get SO much more for your money. Have a look at the forums and private seller area at timezone.com and you might find something which would inspire you more. If you don't, go for it and enjoy. After all it'll only be you who wears it, so ultimately it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks!
