Seat runner measurements

Hi, hope someone can help..Are the measurements (from the build manual) for the seat runners and lap belts measured from the bottom of the lowered floor pan or from the "top" of the pan? i.e from the chassis rails that the ali cockpit floor and handbrake are mounted to. Hope that makes sense!

They are taken from the chassis tube not the fold in the floor.

Just thought.
You side 'lap strap fixings'.
The holes in the floor are for 'crutch straps' i.e. 5 or 6 point harnesses.
The lap straps go to existing tapped holes in the chassis side and centre rails.
