June 28-29, on the world famous Spa Francorchamps circuit...
This year, it's a Lamborghini Special, so i'd like to encourage all you to join up at the most beautiful track in the world smile

So who's coming?
For its seventh edition, SpaItalia has decided to pay a tribute to one of the most prestigious brands of the Italian automobile production: Lamborghini ! The last weekend of June, the renewed circuit of Spa-Francorchamps will be used as the arena (and it is the case to say it) for an exceptional meeting of the most beautiful cars of the make of the bull !

The Activities

Like for the two last editions, SpaItalia will be held over the whole weekend, in order to make possible for each one to benefit from the proposed show. On Saturday, a touristy rally open to all, will take the participants through the most beautiful roads in the area. The other activities such as the “Grande Parade” on the circuit, the First Runs, the free laps for sporting cars or the traditional “Concours d’Elegance” will be resumed and improved. It is indeed the diversity of the available activities that makes, each year, the success of the event.

Like each year also, Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Fiat, Lancia and Maserati will be part of the meeting but the tifosis will not fail to pay homage to the disappeared makes such as, for example, Abarth, Autobianchi, Bizzarini, Cisitalia, De Tomaso or Osca. We will support all the initiatives coming from these makes or from the clubs, which have been lawful with us for 7 years. Consequently, it is not necessary to have a Lambo to take part in SpaItalia. We are and we will remain large supporters of any Italian car in all its forms.

As you can see, SpaItalia is confirmed year after year as the main event at the European level for all the amateurs of beautiful Italian cars. 2008 has not to be missed. Please, book as of now the weekend of June 28 and 29 in your sporting diary 2008!

Looking forward to welcoming you again.
We've had the event listed in our Club magazine for a few weeks now - I'm listed as the contact number to call in the first instance the details of those interested would have been passed to Olivier N. etc, etc...

...but, guess what? Nobody has been in touch as yet with me as yet... perhaps they are just waiting until they have actually left it far too late, then they can claim they never heard anything about it and nobody called to ask them directly if they would like to attend the event.

Sometimes, just sometimes, "one is forced to wonder about the ability of some people to actually read" - still, at least Simon has posted this now and perhaps some of LCUK's membership will shake their tails enough to have some of us there...

Whether anybody from LCUK attends or not, good luck with the event you guys!

Ah! Chance would be a very fine thing Simon... fairly certainly almost 100% that I can't make the event and neither can the Raging Bull(frog) ... Spa Italia 2013 for Lamborghinis 50th could be a very different thing though ... fingers all crossed...
