Can anyone offer assistance with creating a business plan for an existing company that now needs to take the leap to the "next level" eg from £2m to £20m very quickly...

I have the general understanding of what a business plan needs and already have drafted a lot of notes. However I would like a professional to run their eyes over it and offer constructive criticism before I waive it under the bank manager or any possible investors nose.

Thanks guys.

Not quite sure yet, possibly up to 500k? Really depends how quickly we would like to get the business to its potential level. E.g. do I rent a factory in China or buy land and build, as investing in property in China is a separate and lucrative business. How much stock to keep in the main warehouse locations? Same then applies in USA... Also depends on what any potential investor would want in return. I have built this business from scratch it becomes difficult to imaging giving someone else any share of it at the moment, it’s my baby! I could make this work without outside financial help, it would however be a much slower process for me alone…

Hey! My name's Justin too!

I may be able to help, so drop me a line any time. Part of the business here is helping companies to arrange finance in all sorts of forms with a variety of funders. Part of this is helping people to develop effective and realistic business plans.

Feel free to call me, or send an email and I'll try to point you in the right direction (which from the outline brief you gave isn't us unfortunately!)

Regards

Justin (the other one!)Miles.
