Instead of a Spotted Thread, how a bout a ***k*r Thread?

Each time you get called something nasty by a civilian when out in your car, you post where occurred and the remark itself..

I'll start the ball rolling:

Muswell Hill 9pm - "W****r!"

More kudos if you get called something more original

You get called it for any particular reason?

I don't suppose having his knob in his hand as he drove up the High street had anything to do with it, did it? wink

No reason, not showing off or looking for attention (or masturbating).

Don't mind anyway, just thought it would be funny to start the thread!

Someone just randomly verbally abused you in the street?

Seem to be a few problems understanding this concept! Good one recently as I was negotiating speed bumps in the CGT, with a few cars held up behind me. As I pulled over some redneck hammered past and shouted "wcensoreder, why don't you get a proper fcensoreding car". Tough scensoredt, pondlife.

Agreed, that's a good one. I liked the fact that for my one the civilian saw the car and immediately shouted his obscenity as if it was his brain's cognitive reaction to seeing a Ferrari.

Maybe we could call it the Tourettes Thread and have it as a sticky?

I was driving through Leatherhead a few weeks back, and passed a busstop with an elderly couple sat in it. Typical old pair, hunched over shopping/walkingsticks, when all of a sudden the old man jumped up and gave me the middle finger with both hands! eek

It was a very surreal thing to see. I wasnt speeding, but perhaps I was at unnecessarily high revs.

This thread is the natural opposite to those ones which always seem to list nice reactions and titty-showing.

I would just hope that the negative reactions out-weight the good ones.

Not really in keeping with the thread title, but as i was just putting my shopping into the 360 in Sainsburys car park, two women came over to me and told me how weird they thought it was that someone who owns a Ferrari would be buying bog roll.

Now the got the make of the car right, but thats the most bizarre thing anyone has ever said to me. What did they think? Either i don't st or i have someone who is a specialist bog roll purchaser ?????

We'd had our Ferrari for literally 20 minutes and were driving it home when 2 blokes in a Vauxhall Astra gave us the wa*ker sign.

I now fondly refer to that sign as the Ferrari wave biggrin

It seems to happen a lot more here in the UK than it does on the continent. I've been lucky, it seems, reading others experiences in this topic. The most annoying, and most common, comment I get is asking if my boyfriend/husband/father knows I have his car rolleyes

I think it would surprise some people that I can vote too.
