2000e G/box problem

Evening all, looking for a little help.

The gear selection in my Morgan has been getting steadily worse when selecting reverse, until yesterday when it appeared jam in reverse. Feels like just the linkage thats gone.

I am awaiting a mk2 Escy Haynes manual... But in the meantime, how can I get into the linkage to check/repair that?

I have limited knowledge, but the only way to know more is to get involved

A gearbox rebuild would be beyond me!!!
