those lines are unenforcible anyway as they clearly do not conform so any fines would be arguned out of court

I'd like to think the police could park where they like if dealing with a police matter, and it must, be coz I can't see a doughnut sign anywhere, not even in the reflections !! smash

actually are they yellow lines not missing the termination bar at the end of them so making them invalid and therefore well worth appealing against any ticket issued for parking on them?
