evening everyone

I just wanted to express my disapointment with the site,

I run a sports performance car sales company and have listed my cars weekly on the site for over the last year. sometimes between 5-10 cars weekly

its so frustrating that we are paying for a service which we aint getting,

yes we can list the cars with no problems other than it loading up slowly, but when it comes down to our customers wanting to find them, its a different story

we recently had a updated email now informing us prices for dealers are going up (why is this so when the site doesnt work at all)

we appreciate the site is now busier than ever and having been told it will be fixed for the last 2 weeks it has left me thinking, will it ever work properly again.

come on , lets get pistonheads back to being great again and the site we all loved..

im sorry to have a rant as i really do love the site, but this needs to be sorted

Have to aggree the forum site is still not working properly Adverts not comming on screen and as a result cannot access 'My Info' its an intermittent fault and have to say I too am getting fed up with it The powers that be keep saying there working on it, but perhaps its like my local council ask them to do something about the state of the roads and it falls on deaf ears

Performance has been so up and down for the last 6 months, every fix that gets applied seems to be only temporary.

Without sounding harsh these problems and there continuing impact.. Someone at HM must at some point question the competence of those saddled with the task of keeping things running.

I guess the only thing to counter that is that we really are getting the service that we're paying for.

Having said that, when paying advertisers are complaining, especially when the fees have evidently increased, at that point the powers that be should take notice. As an example of that, I am still unable to see any classifieds listed by "trade" advertisers...this is probably not the service they have agreed to pay for...

Brilliant - I've just worked out what's causing the problems...In order to see PH without the massive lag caused by the adverts, I've enabled adblocker (Through Firefox)

The way the classifieds are setup in PH appears to mean that "Trade" adverts are blocked by ad-blocker but Private ads aren't.

yeah its just frustrating,

i understand that the country has gone all potty and people dont really hav the money anymore to buy cars

but we used to get an average of 3-4 calls daily from people seeing our cars on pistonheads, one of those usually led to a sale

due to the nightmare problem now with the site were lucky if we get any calls

its just frustrating as i havent yet seen a major announcement to let people no that there is someone out there hoping to sort this out for us all.

i cannot belive that for such a up and coming company, they have such a problem with understanding customers needs

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

oh and p.s again i have been tryin to search today of whats been listed as need cars for stock and u get one page which works fine, then the next will say

oooppps, pistonheads has problem, our techinical team have been notified

is there actually a team in place???????

i was thinking

why dont we all not advertise our cars for one day including the dealers , and lets then see if they do something

we need to do something to be heard, its ridiculous, yet again i have spent more time reloading the same page due to it not working properly

im normally a calm man haha, but its now starting to annoy meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
