Chameleon Green T350 in Henley

Hi,

I’ve been lurking for a while so thought I’d say hi. I’ve been searching for a T350 for a little while now so thought I’d see whether anyone here knew anything about a particular car at Henley TVR.

So far I’ve spent some time at Racing Green TVR with Chris and checked out the Chameleon Orange T350 they have which is a stunning example but unfortunately not my ideal colour. Chris was great and I learnt a great deal from the time we spent with him. Last weekend we travelled to Maidstone to see a Nebula Blue car which turned out to be a complete dog and the worst dealer experience ever. The list of faults on this car was beyond belief.

So does anyone know anything of the Chameleon Green car at Henley? Anyone seen this car and have any opinions?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Nice looking 350 in green

What are the problems with the Nebula car just out of interest...? Too far away for me to consider now i'm looking, but it'd be nice to know!

I went down to see that nebula blue t350. no staff to help find said car so asked their saturday car wash boy to show me where it was. really needs a respray. god knows what happened to the top of the boot. strange paint damage. cars been there quite a while now. pretty sure its on sale or return

1) Huge number of stone chips on bonnet (badly touched in)
2) Condensation in headlight
3) Two Deep gouges on rear end next to boot lid (badly touched in)
4) Paint damage where boot lid has rubbed roof.
5) Brown discolouration in paintwork below filler cap where fuel has leaked out
6) Front and rear badges looking tatty
7) Took half an hour to start. Showed ‘EFI fault code 4’ on dash.
8) Eventually ran but dealer had to nail the throttle whilst cold to keep it running.
9) Showed brake warning light during test drive despite being told it had new pads. Brakes very unresponsive.
10) Coolant eventually boiled over when stationary at garage and leaked from header tank cap.
11) Drivers side sun visor wouldn’t stay up.

It was showing 6100 miles on the clock but if that's true its had a VERY hard life. I find it difficult to believe to be honest. Something doesn't add up.
