My(Ultima)wipers are on constantly and the hazards do not work. Do you think it's a fault with the stalks, is there a way of testing them, or is it a case of chucking them and getting a new pair?

i had the same problem on mine i just replaced them with a set from the scrappy works fine and no more problems
