To the best of my knowledge you wont get a "best price" on them they ARE £250 point blank possibly due to being a different company to the norm meaning they cant offer mass discounts like the others tomtom, garmin etc.

I had a tomtom go for around two years till it died i also had an origin b2 which is the predecessor to the pogo (same company). I was so impressed with the origin i decided to get the pogodrive and havent looked back.

Pretty much all the same functionality of the tomtom but with a 2 year warranty (last time i checked) which so far as i know you wont get anywhere else. Speed cam side you wont get better on the market presently imho opinion without spending twice as much. Some people get excited about the roadangel update which is meant to have constant 24hr mobile updates but i have found the roadangel is not as precise.

For best advice contact MADT350 who specialises and deals with these.

You might be able to pick them up for £225 inc vat and next day delivery, and with a free case and a free DC charger.

I'm in the market myself - and torn between the Drive, the TT Go 730T and the Garmin Nuvi 760T. Really don't know which way to turn.

AutoExpress did a mega test back in Feb ....

Still stumped frown

Annoying that you cant test drive them in a way.

I've noticed some of the V1's are going for £100-150 on ebay brand new, worth risking it?

Dunno about the warranty with ebay units.

jimmyb the link Kinky gave said: Irritatingly, the stylus is essential for entering data. so you cant just finger it?

Thanks.

I've had a play with a pogo and whilst it wasn't bad at all I wouldn't surrender a garmin or tomtom for one personally.

Mine has no stylus wasnt aware they came with one and i have had two so far Gen1 and now the updated gen2. Generally the screen is easy enough to use only real critisicm would be the zoom function which annoyingly is over sensitive and means you end up tapping he screen to zoom and you end up on the menu screen.
Other than that i have had no real issues of late. Will be contacting them about the zoom function soon merely as an aside as i dont really ever have need for it.

Bear in mind unlike the tomtom and garmin the pogodrive is effectively under constant developement due to being a new product for the company so they are steadily working their way through any glitches found by customers and their customer service is excellent.
