How were the monsters of soft rock then?

Would love to have seen them as I missed them at Reading festival a few years ago when I didn't like them much. Now I do, and I'm gutted I sat outside my tent making a bacon butty instead.

they were AWESOME they came out full on and didn't let up till the end

I doubt Dave Grohls voice will last till the end of the tour - god knows where he gets his energy from

if you have standing tickets - watch out it gets a bit rowdy near the front !

my only criticism - Wembly is not suited to a band, the accousitcs are not right there too much echo and rebound

Dave Grohl's voice will last, I am sure it must be smoking or drinking that makes him like that! As for his energy, adrenaline...have you never been on stage or played a sports match when adrenaline takes over?
I really want to see them, I've missed seeing them at T in the Park a couple of times.

We had pretty awesome seats!! Great concert, totally loved it. Feel a bit delicate now though after Mr Faulks made me drink 10 pints!

Kinda glad you say the acoustics are rubbish, thought it may have just been were we sat, but the sound is not good and not a patch on the old Wembley. Really tinny and there is a terrible echo.

Still a good memory to have though
