I orderd parts to do the major service on my 348, and the parts arrived all well last week, BUT they forgot to ship the wrinkle paint.
Wrote them the next day (a week ago) and they would ship the 2 cans, BUT they decided to use Royal mail, insted of UPS as the other parts, and as originally intended.

SO now I am missing this years anual meet, because Eurospares have gone cheap on me, and dident send UPS...

Everything is all ready, But the valce covers...

Am I being unreasonable here??

You can guarantee when you need something by a certain time - something will go wrong, I don't know how long this has been going on but you really should have done this weeks ago! I find eurospares good for some things - but give Scuderia a try (name drop WalkerSportif you like) Dave will look after you i'm sure, they charge a fix fee for post and I find its usually here within two - three days.

I cirtenly dident plan on my oil pumo tensioner to fail...

I have been waiting for more than a week for the paint now..

The UPS stuff was here the day after they shipped it..So has they just used what was intended there would be no problem.

Probably best to speak to EuroSpares and ask if there is a problem...

Not in being dissapointed no ... but Eurospares are usually pretty good so we should be able to forgive them the odd oversight.

Talk to them and explain that normally you wouldn't be so upset, but that this is a special occasion. It may or may not still be too late to get a replacement to you?

Good guys on the whole smile

Used Eurospares many times, never had a problem with them. The best of the parts suppliers IMO!
