Quick question - J25 M25 to Reading, how long?

Gents,

I need to be at Reading services on the M4 by 10am tomorrow come hell or highwater. Any idea when I should set off from J25? Two hours to really be on the safe side?

On empty roads at a 'respectable' speed, J21 - Reading services takes about 45 minutes.

2 hours should cover it nicely.

I'll be in the Saxo I'm afraid - respectable isn't an option!

The main concern is traffic. I have to guarantee I'm on time whatever the M25 throws at me!
