Nothing to do with HSV's but having to sack a useless twit at work and the paperwork I am having to do to make sure we are covered is ridiculas! Why I cant tell him he is useless, that he has been warned on many occasions and that he is sacked I do not know! furious

ah yes, a friend of mine is in some senior hr role for Crapita. Apparantly you can no longer say someone is st and worthless, instead you have to give positive criticism.

We have 6 months at our place, plus 3 month extensions where necessary. We receive a lot of applications though, so we can afford to be picky and only go for excellent people smile

Personally I`m glad the emplotment laws are as they are.
