Door Rubber Stops

My Griff has taken a dislike to the rubber door stop on the top, rear edge of the drivers door.

I take it the replacement is glued into place, any tips on type of glue/which bit to glue to, etc?

I had this problem, I tried rubber glue, and contact adhesive and it did not work, so I used Superglue and its never moved since.

Oh, I forgot to ask, is that glued to the paint, or the fibreglass part of the door?

Or doesn't it matter?

I used the runny stuff and held the rubber in place with some strips of masking tape the drizzled super glue into the cracks. R...

I used the superglue that has a brush and brushed it onto the rubber bit, then simply held it in place for 30 seconds or so, and it has stayed put.

I just described them to an awfully nice chap at David Gerald TVR, they've got them in stock, he told me about £7 plus vat plus postage.

Who says TVR bits are expensive?

Just don't buy all the drivers side ones until I've got mine later on this morning, ok?
