Which Alternator on a 4.0 Chim?

Does anyone know which alternator model is on the 1993 4.0 Chim, will this one fit?

Looks similar to one I brought. They only cost £55 at the motor factors any way. I'll get you the Lucas number from mine.

The alternator on my '94 Chim is a Magnetti Marrelli A127 - originally produced by Lucas. It's max current will be in the order of 50A. I was actually involved in the design and manufacture of the these quite a few years ago.

You really need to get the right model for the car as there are a number of variations from one car to another. These are mainly brackets, output/indicator connector, battery sensing on some.
