hi there,
im new to the area but not to pistonheads,just moved down from the north east to caister on sea to be with my missus!,
just saying hi really be nice to meet up with a few of you in the future for drives out etc im sure you know what i mean,
ive got a renault alpine gta turbo which ive owned from new it is my forth gta and still makes me smile!
also have a ferrari f40 lm which is still in the bits i bought it in maybe this summer ill get it sorted!
anyway just thought i would drop in and say hi!

Welcome to the East Anglian section of PH, and indeed, welcome to Norfolk!
We have a monthly pub meet at Hawkstead, near Bury St Edmunds which is held on the last Sunday of each month (except when there's a summer show on).
Please head over to www.phea.co.uk for a run down of events, or just check this section regularly.
It would be great to see your Alpine at an event or show, and (assuming it'll be road legal) the F40 LM would be most welcome!

I,m one of the event organisers for our area along with John (Simpo Two). Would be great to see you at one of our meets / shows when you are able.
As Darren as mentioned www.phea.co.uk has details of events for this year, but they are also listed on a 'stickied' thread near the top of this page.
Just in case, there is still room for Sunday's show at Easton Farm park which John is organising, and I can still fit in a few more for the Newmarket show on the 29th June.
Hope to catch up soon.

yes some of the roads are very pleasing arnt they?! had a few drives out over the last couple of weeks went to ely yesterday and to see some friends over in fordham the weather was fantstic and the car ran perfectly,as i said before looking forward to meeting some of you over the summer

vario rob, hmmm de tomaso i worked for them for ten years and built most of the gaura's when they where new my old man has a pantera 200 and the very last gt5s its a small world sir!
anytime you have a problem with the gaura give me a shout ive had a bit of expierience on them!
the world is small in my opinion!, i may be intrested in the gaura if i can sneak it past the evil queen of numbers!

My first question is how can you get a Guara beyond 143, it went to Vmax at Bruntingthorpe yesterday and although there was a head wind she was being pressed by an Astra VXR for top speed.!!!!!
