Thanks to everyones help on ht connections to coilpacks. Next problem is how to remove them. Can the even pack be removed without moving the odd pack or dismantling anything above it

Yep, you should be able to work through the fuel rail, that is if yours is a 4.2.

It's held in with allen bolts.
