I rang the Hotel this morning to enquire about room availibilty and prices for TOTB111 04.
There might be as many as 25 rooms available for both friday and saturday nights,the owner will get back to me with the prices.
The Disco for the Saturday night will not be a problem and can be arranged for a reasonable price.
I have asked about discounts on the prices and as expected it depends on the amount of rooms we take up,so really at this early stage i need those of you that are interested to contact me so i can get an idea of numbers,then we can sort prices/deposits and guarentee our rooms as the owner has had enquiries about that weekend already.
The Hotel is 5 minutes from the track.
