If you read he thread attached you'll find that about half the way down (i think its the 6th picture) theres a gap on the right between the metal. There was some research done by a mechanic that shows that if you wedge a green magic tree in at a 45 degree angle there is no need to change the clutch. There for no need to get your hands dirtyhehe

Back on subject - this is how I would change the Clutch! No getting dirty, get to drive the latest VXR8 incarnation etc etc. Just hurts a bit as they relieve you once its done!

Are you in some way involved in supplying and fitting gearboxes etc? Every time someone mentions something about their gearbox or similar you seem to pop up and say about changing it to the "correct" ratio.

It gets boring, can we have a different record please?

Step by step guide,

Get in car
Drive to chosen specialist (I'll use Monkfish as an example)
Hand car over to specialist
Play on Playstation for a bit (avoid knight rider)
Get some Tea
Play Playstation some more
Some more Tea
Hand over plastic card for payment
Drive home

Jobs a goodun

You missed a few steps....

Get in car
Fill up with petrol
Drive to chosen specialist (I'll use Monkfish as an example)
Fill up with petrol
Hand car keys over to specialist
Play on Playstation for a bit (avoid knight rider)
ask for some tea
ask for some tea
ask for some tea
Get something that looks like Tea
Play Playstation some more
Some more Tea
Hand over plastic card for payment
Wait for credit card bill
Hide credit card bill from wife/girlfriend/cat/dog/neighbour
Tell wife/girlfriend/cat/dog/neighbour that you spent money on something else
Fill up with petrol
Drive home

Last visit to Monkfish to collect the car I had Soph run me up.
As we were in a little bit of a hurry she waited in the car for me to collect the keys.
Roger successfully managed to choose the only room that gave her a view of me tapping in my pin no on his machine.

Roger you`re just not devious enough!!!!!!!
