Meta alarms - Motolec

I contacted Meta about my non-functional alarm and they referred me to the nearest dealer, Motolec in Colchester.

Has anyone had any dealings with them? All feedback appreciated.

Used a company called motolec in Wycombe, may not be same place, but if they are the same I would never go there.

John, I was directed the same. The META side of Motolec is in SLOUGH. They are all screwed up with their so-called local dealer network. In fact the guy at Slough did phone me back (after receiving an e-mail from Colchester) and directed me to another guy near Barkingside I think. They gave me the number of a really helpful chap at The Chameleon Group (do all sorts of ICE and alarm stuff) who felt sure he could get a siren for me. NO! - but it was he who gave me Carl's number.

Anyway - good luck in Colchester!
