Why did I decide to buy GTA Vice City for £10 (I know it's old but only the second ever game I have bought for PS2) last week when the Football had just started banghead ? It now means I am not subjecting my GF to hours of football abuse (which means she usually does loads of DIY and saves me from doing it) and she is enjoying helping with the missions.

This now means I will have to do painting and stuff when I finish it and to be honest I am totally hooked, which is a surprise as I am rubbish at it. I haven't had a sick day for 3 years but I can feel a long weekend coming on smile

I know there must be 100's of better games out there but it is bloody brilliant! I can see why there are so many fat people about, it's nothing to do with eating junk, just lack of sunlight and exercise playing these flipping games.

I seriously doubt that. It may be a few years old but GTA:VC is still the daddy - multiplayer aside, I reckon it's way better than GTA4 - it's just more fun!

GTA:VC had the best soundtrack.
GTA:SA had the most to do and was the biggest.
GTA4 is far and away the most impressive: both in terms of attention to detail and visually.

I wonder if GTA5 will bring it all together.

must admit i do miss the open spaces that you got in San Andreas (bike trails, that sort of thing)
and Vice city was by far the best setting
