What is a reasonable Office Estate Management Company Fee?

We have an office on a new development of about 25 offices. There's a management company for the estate which charges a service charge for organising landscaping, security, pest control, etc.

Included on their bill is a “Management Costs” fee which is equal to 35% of the cost of everything that’s been paid for/will be paid for.

35% seems a bit steep for managing some landscaping, security and pest control.

Can anybody give some indication of what they are paying in similar circumstances?

Good luck in fighting this. I can't help you with prices but service charge disputes are a nightmare as very difficult to fight.
