Battlefield Bad Company Demo...best demo ever! (PS3)
Discussion
Ok, its a hefty download (1600mb), but the demo allows multiplayer online, team chat, progression through ranks, 1 single player level, and assorted other goodies... think COD4 with gta4 size maps with fully useable tanks, heli's,apc's,humvees, buggys, howitzers, rocket launchers and more!..all playable in the demo! Its free to get in the playstation store.

It's not on Par with the sensation that is COD 4 online. It is good, great idea, the destrctable landscape and objects is incredible, but it lacks the freedom of COD4, and on Xbox live is laggy as hell, one of the worst i have experienced.
i think both address different desires in this genre, cod4 is great for close quarters fighting and is a pretty polished product and B.B.C is more all out war and more funMattygooner said:

Pro evo doesn't lag but this does?? Anyway was very impressed with the overall graphics and gameplay, but the guns are slightly s
t.Definitely going to pick up the full version.
Bit of a disappointment the buildings online can't be destroyed, although I guess pretty quickly there wouldn't be much left if you could.
I was driving a tank down a track, one of my team decided it would be a good idea to run in front of it...I got the blame!

Synchronising damagable objects in online games is very bandwidth intensive, it's probably got something to do with that.We were looking at this game at work on one of our demonstration rigs (ie nice A/V hardware), and we were very impressed. The audio in particular is excellent, especially if you have a surround setup.
