Gaz Golds or Nitrons?
Discussion
I have a MR2 and a 5ltr Chim. The Chim used to have Gaz shocks on it (not gold ones) even after setup never really seem planted on the road, I changed to Nirons and the car drives great now, very well planted.
Best way try to find people with both shocks and get them to take you out in the cars.
you will have some people singing praises of Nitrons and some singing the praises of Gaz shocks, i think it also depends on your driving style.

i have gaz golds setup by Derek at Abs.
It completely transformed the car. Not just from a 'feel' point of view. The limits of grip have dramatically increased, I suffer from much less wheel spin - especially in wet conditions. Much of this is probably his skill in the geo setup but still an exceptional performance increase on the avos i used to have

Hello again, i've been looking recently at uprating the suspension on my 500 (mainly since getting an mr2 which feels so much more planted) i have done the powerflex bushes already so i'm looking at springs/ dampers and whether the difference in price is justified between them?
