I'm in need of a replacement for my TT 500 ...I like the TomTom's and would want to stay with them.
I see the new TT 530T and 730T have a couple of features that I think might be useful to me:
"Advanced lane guidance" - shows which lane you should be in at complex junctions. Something I've struggled with in unfamiliar places.
"IQ routing" - routes according to time of day, supposedly avoiding congestion hot-spots.
Both features sound good, anyone using either of those models care to offer an opinion?
RDS-TMC, is it worth the extra few bob and does it provide UK wide coverage?
Thanks

Afraid I can't offer an opinion on the 530/730 but I would advise avoiding the TMC system as it is woefully unreliable. If you have a data allowance on your phone and it's got Bluetooth then pay TomTom for TT Traffic and use that. I use it with my 720 and while it does occasionally seems to lose connection it works more often than it doesn't which is the opposite of TMC in my experience (with a Garmin).
