I have a loose nut in both sides below the doors. They're starting to get on my nerves. Whenever I accelerate or brake - there they are, making a bl**dy noise. Is there any (easy) way to get a hold of them without taking the car completely apart?
At least one of them comes from the inner plastic liner from the frontwheel. It's fastened with 3 screws towards the back, and one of them came loose as I put the screw back in mad I'm sure the other one has a similar origin.
Please advise...

drill a hole and fill with expanding foam could be a way around it.

If one of the fixings in the aluminium tub has come loose and broken off, it then is forever stuck inside your chassis, and you cant get at it. It will roll round, vibrate about and generally cause a nuisance, and short of cutting an inspection hole in your tub(not advisable), there is nothing you can do about it. If you squirt expanding foam in there, you will trap the annoying little fixing, thus eliminating any annoyance!

You can cut a hole in end of the sill just inside the rear wheel arch, and get in from there, sort out the problem, and providing you've done a good job, glue the bit back in.

I haven't done it though.
