Just moved to the Oxford area and am looking for garages in the area for my Chimaera. I'm also getting an annoying high pitched whinning from the front nearside brake. The pad looks fine to me... any ideas? It stops when I apply the brake and when I turn right?.

my car which i have recently purchased has been serviced well at Top Cats. They are between Bicester and Aylesbury and collect free of charge within a 30 mile radius.

When I have spoken to them on the phone they have been very helpful. Am having my Chimaera booked in shortly for the 18k service, so will see how it goes.

where abouts in oxford are you?

Hmm, free collection, 30 mile radius. I have put off using them due to them being out in the middle of nowhere and I'd be needing a lift home. I guess I need to reconsider (High Wycombe BTW).

the previous owner of my chim raved about them and a standard service at 12k was only £350

I bought the car through Rob Ingleby and he was also very happy about Top Cats stamps in the service record

Topcats have done a lot of work to my car and ive always found them to be fair and reasonable......dont ask them to do exhaust gaskets....after mine he said,"never again".
