Advice from the style gurus!

Sold my 111r about 6 months ago, and am missing it like crazy. So here we go again! Planning on a SC (unless somebody tells me I am totally mad!) in black.

The questions are; colour of wheels silver or black? If I go with black ( to be honest my favourite at the moment) should I go with matt, gloss or in between. Any pictures would be very helpful.

Also planning to get the black rear diffuser off the Egige! So just to finish it off and accent the colour, I am thinking a tiny 'blood red' pinstripe down the side from the top of the main light! with the model names also changed to blood red.

Hoping the whole effect will be 'moody' but classy.

Thoughts welcome along with any ideas or pictures.

Final question. Seems to be lots of SCs up for sale with very few moving at the moment!! Some dealers keeping prices high and others softening off. Tales of narrow margins and loads of demand!! Again thoughts are welcome.

I'd be tempted by a noble m400 as well.
I recon the pinstripe would only suit a black car with black wheels.
30 odd thow is a hell of a lot for an elise



eta sorry got carried away with your budget, a red pinstripe around black alloys looks cool (sometimes)and might go with the scheme

im a big black lover on all my cars ..it just saves me choosing colours ! ...anyway, my best advice is on wheels. Ive had the gloss, satin , and matt finish now on various wheels now, the best is matt as they are so easy to clean - the dust just wipes off.

I was so impressed I had to have matt finish grey wheels on my Aston

can you guess that I prefer driving to cleaning ?
