Im off on my holidays in about 6 weeks and need to trim up a bit, so im looking for some recipes which we can make. Has to be tasty, reasonably quick to make, not too fiddly such as about 10 different herbs and leaves, and mega healthy... (Not keen on fish or peppers).

Help me out folks!!!

Time for the PH chefs to do their thing.

I was actually just about to post the exact same thing. Any recommendations anyone?

I have my breakfast sorted (always have porridge oats with a banana), and during the week, I have my meals provided, but my main concern is the evenings, and especially the weekend, I need lunch, too.

Tuna stuffed peeppers are out of the question then?!

You could try one of the many diet sites on the web. Just google it and you'll find thousands of recipes to suit every occaision... personally I prefer fat and greas on a plate with a side order of fat and maybe a little extra grease.

hats off to ya for doing it though guys... it's easy to scoff at those trying (pardon the pun), but the important part is that you are.

Good luck Chaps... keep up the hard work... the results will be worth it.

dust is very low in calories. try dust.

alternatively, go for a run and and eat a balanced diet!

Tin of chopped tomatoes, few herbs, some nice ham, olives, mixed up with some pasta. Bish bosh bang, and healthy.

Sushi. Pretend it's not fish, and it won't taste like it.
