3 speed cameras

Just seen speed camears being set up on motorway bridge (M62 J30? westbound) with one camera above each lane is this usual (1st time I've seen it)?
Great if you are time and motion, absolute bu&&er if you are a motorist no more sneaking by on inside lane

I think these will be ANPR cameras - I've seen them on multiple bridges on the M62 - only seem to be there for a couple of days at most.
