Discussion
would the local papers pay any wodge if I nipped up and took some pics of the overturned car that is bound to be tomorrows telegraph headlines?
30 limit, quiet area and a completely straight road, wierd !!!!
have a look at tomorrows lancashire evening telegraph, I'd be gutted if the pics are crap.
have any of you been paid for news pics?

hmm ,might be a bit distasteful. id leave it to the inconsiderate one
fair play, there was no one in at the time just lots of plod and a fire engine...it would be quite cool to see my name at the bottom of the pic though, someones going to do it I suppose.anyway Ill leave it for the vultures !
Should go for it - newspapers rely on keen amateurs supplying them. These days with digital, anyone can turn in a decent image.
If your next door neighbours were found murdered, the papers would be banging on your door asking if you had any photos of them, how friendly you were, what sort of people they were etc.
They're absolute vultures, but that's what sells papers. I know because I did it for years.

If published are you prepared for a local speed camera campaign?
exactly what I was dreading, although yesterday there was a scamera van less than 20ft from the accident location, makes you wonder if the scamera van was there tonight and indirectly caused this accident.Gassing Station | Photography & Video | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
