Best time of 11.75 secs, and best terminal of 123mph, did 20 runs in all, loads of 11.8's and a couple of 11.7's. Tyres used were Pirelli Pzero's 265/35-18. Beat some proper dragsters, big old Chevys in willys jeeps, and BMW 5 series, hilux's etc etc. Its the final event for the current motor as i hope to pull this one out this week. Little video for you, makes it sound quiet but it needs to be on a diff sound setting, and its the first time i've used it!

Superb Brummie.

After the passenger ride in your Cerb at VMax last week I was confident you'd run a good time. With quicker gear changes (full throttle) you'd be touching 11.5's.

Well done.

Jules.

Cheers Jules, do you mean no shutting off when dipping the clutch?

Right foot flat to the boards, left foot minimal clutch travel up and down.

Well done Brummie, looking at the video it looks so smooth and effortless too clap.

yikes Not sure I'd do the kick the clutch bang it in the next gear on mine, so perhaps I'll be destined to always do slow times hehe

Long Marston ( Stratford Raceway ) its on Tomorrow (Sunday) too, not many racers there so you could blast away pretty much at will.

Agreed, i`ve always used right foot flat on the floor/slam gearchange when REALLY pressing on/playingwink Thankfully not that often with the power of the Tiv biggrin Admittedly its easier in the Fiesta ST
