Being lazy - Evo Triangle?

Hi,

Tried unsuccessfully to work out where the evo triangle was from the post a few down, but too many lovely pictures and chat to actually work out WHAT roads make up the triangle?

Looks like it has several permutations............

Can anyone give me a quick simple road list, so i can give it a go?
