I contacted them a couple of days ago but was told they won't cover a 2000 Tuscan S.

Looks like they have changed the cover slightly. I got my 2000 tuscan covered in feb.

They cover my 2003 Tuscan and did my 1999 Chimaera

is the AA warranty any good? It's just that I purchased an 1992 MR2 a few years back that came with an RAC warranty and within a week my headgasket had gone along with a cracked cylinder head! The RAC told me it was ware and tear and they wouldnt fix it.

Thanks for the info, i have just this minute got off the phone and was told that TVRs ARE no longer on there list due to the high number of claims.

I got my Tuscan covered, and promptly claimed £475 for a steering rack on a 2000yr Tuscan. Top notch!

i would claim as much as you can, as cover is no more when yours runs out

I've just re-newed mine on a 2003 Tuscan S.

Which level of cover have you guys just taken out. Got to be worth a couple of phone calls to see if I can get one of their operators to cover me.

I wanted the 5 star warranty, i have just tried again (4.30) and they say that as from 1st of june no tvrs are going to be covered by them. Maybe they dont like me, if anybody can get warranty PLEASE give me the name of the person you talked to....

I've got the AA Breakdown Repair Cover Policy.

It's about £70 on top of normal AA cover. Limit of cover is £500.

The AA have just offered to include this on my AA recovery policy. Has anyone any experience of claiming for an 'expired' (wear and tear issues) engine on it?
