Hi All,
Taken on a new role at work and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of books I can read on Account Management.
I've taken on between 15 and 20 accounts and i'm keen to learn as much as I can as quickly as possible.
I'm looking for recommendations on how to look after my Clients on a day-to-day basis, monthly reporting and how to retain and grow my accounts.
A fairly basic request but i'm keen not to make any mistakes!
