Cross post with the Grid Tech Forum, but wondering if anybody here has had the same issue ??
I had a quick browse and could not find my issue, so here goes...... (does BSOD mean Brown Screen of Death ?? related to PC though ??)
I am running the Xbox 360 edition of the game.
Having an online race in the BMC 1000 (or something like that, single seater, not the F3).
On the Short Nurburgring, just coming into the Hairpin that cuts the track and makes it the short one, running in 3rd and just behind 1st and 2nd. (Wasn't on the grass, fully on the black stuff and just started braking)
Anyway, the screen stops, flickers a bit and then goes brown, not one block of brown, but as if someone had spread brown across the screen.
Hung for a while and then suddenly the race had finished and I had won it in around 45 seconds flat (cue the glitcher abuse from my fellow racers )
Then when going back to the lobby, all the menus jumped into place in stages and not smoothly as usual, also took ages to leave the lobby.
Anyway, it has done the following :
Single seater now has 0 miles, and no matter if I test trive it or race online, the miles will not go up.
My online stats now show my total mileage as a minus figure.
My game stats show I have done a total of '1 miles', even though I have done nearly 1200 laps ?
My cars driven have dropped from 42/45 down to 41/45.
Anybody else ???

haven't got this myself , but I am aware there's a performance/stutter bug that's being patched at the moment for the 360 version.
I have that issue as well 
I did have a slow connection the night it happened I believe.
My worry is that is has screw*d my stats now and won't be able to get the last single player achievement
