My new toy

I bought this a few weeks ago. It was restored in 1996 and still looks good, with just a few small jobs to do (clean underneath and touch up the chassis, a couple of paint blemishes) Currently the overdrive has an electrical fault, but finding the loose connection will keep me busy at the weekend! That looks great. My dad had two TR6s in the 1970s, a 1969 model and another from 1975. Both in Magenta. I used to love being collected from school in them.

lovely car mate, my dad has a completly original low mileage tr5. seems all the triumphs are fetching quite a bit of money these days. and are on the up.
