Being completely technologically incompetent, all I can say is "mmmmm, interesting". Actually I seem to recall aeons ago, a man on 'Tomorrow's World' demonstrating an engine that was about the size of a large briefcase. The idea was that it could be left at the dealer for servicing whilst a replacement unit just plugged into its place - and whatever happened to that?

Look, anyone who can make cars go faster whist making them more fuel efficient gets my vote - just came back from a land down under where fuel is ONE THIRD the price it is here - imagine filling up the griff for 15 quid. I giggled at every forecourt!

Perhaps there should be an engine that runs on vegetarians...

I think there was a dlibert comic once that had the plans for a california power plant that ran by burning loony environmentalists - as Dilbert said: 'We have an endless supply'
