Flat battery - Key fob not working

Battery went flat last week...

Now keyfob will not lock car. Car starts, using little plasticy thing to disarm immobiliser, and drives fine but cant lock...

How do I resync fob?

You'll probably have to disconnect your battery now in order to reset it, leave it off for a few mins then when you reconnect it, the car will more than likely lock itself and wind windows up (make sure you have blipper firmly in hand not in the car and also leave boot open in case the resync doesn't work) - immediately it locks press and hold blipper for about 15-20 secs and it will start flashing the hazards and dance a merry little dance for a bit, once this is done you should be resynced.
