What's it worth - E46 328i SE

2000 E46 328i SE Auto Saloon. Black with black leather. 120k.
New MOT. FBMWSH and kept under BMW warranty till last year. Good tyres. Interior is pretty mint but exterior is probably "fair" (lots of light scratches/door dings)
Don't need two cars so probably gonna sell it - any idea what it's realisically worth in this market?
Also, is it worth putting clear indicators on it? Amber ones make it look a bit "dated"..
