Steel wheels - stud centres ?

Hi all,

listed some standard 12" steel wheels on eBay and have received a question "do you know the stud centres"?
TBH I don't and don't know what I'm being asked - is this the distance between the stud holes ?
The size of the holes ?
Can anyone help ?

They are standard steel wheels from an '88 Mayfair.

they will be asking the PCD. 4 HOLE WHEELS
Measure the distance between the centres of 2 OPPOSITE holes
mini's are 101mm or 4 inch
