As you are here in Singa already, probably a good idea to build up a CV and get it out there to all the headhunters ASAP.
They take a lot longer to get thier act together here, up to 3 months!!

You have the advantage that you are already here in Singapore and working, which improves your options! You already have an EP so if an employer wants to take you on its much easier (less paperwork) to transfer the EP.
