NDA Template...

Has anyone got an NDA template I could have?

I spoke to some legal people and they have them for £80 (for just a template)

There must be some basic ones on the net?

Depends how much you want/need the protection of an NDA?

If its just for a warm comfortable feeling, rather than any real protection - then I guess a free basic template would do - but why bother? you may as well just have a gentlemans agreement.

If you need real protection - say for example; for a cracking good new business idea that you want to discuss with some serious partners - then pay a few quid and get a proper one drawn up - it could pay for itself many times over if the relationship goes wrong.
