S2 Rear Alloy & Tyre to Borrow as Spare for Trackday

I have a trackday next week and my S2 2003 ST Elise has a nail embeded in the right rear tyre. To date no pressure is being lost. It is too large to take out without replacing the tyre. Just wandering if anyone had a spare rear wheel (6 spoke)with a worn tyre I could borrow just in case it doesn't hold up.

I wouldn't be going out on track with a nail in my tyre :|

Get it replaced, better a little expense now than having it fail and ending up in a wall.
