Urgent help needed - squeaky rattle from cam area...

After checking the belts it turns out the squeaky noise is coming from the front of the rocker cover area, its now sort of a squeaky rattle..not on idle, only if i give it abit of throttle, i cant really hear it a full throttle as the engine noise takes over but it almost sounds like something is loose in there and squeaking/knocking about!!!

While driving its feels fine, pulls fine etc etc I'm just a bit worried about the noise. I've never spent this much time under a bonnet of a car and I seem to be getting a bit anal about little things!!

Should I be worried??
