Steering wheel swap

I fancy changing my steering wheel for one with a suede covered grip. Has anyone done the same, and if so do any of the decent wheels (Momo, Sparco etc) fit the Nardi boss? I'm guessing not.

Maybe you can bolt on a new boss. There's some kind of bolted faceplate hidden by the rubber donut that's between the wheel and the console.

Yes the boss can be swapped, I just wondered if the existing boss would mate up with another wheel and save me about £40. Tight northerner and all that.
