Am I missing something here?

Can anyone tell me why this car is worth £19k?

I last saw that car for sale at a dealership in Bicester that Silverstone Performance went into partnership with (can't remember the name, flash looking place that was also at the time a Marcos dealer) a couple of years back. All red interior; not pretty. I think the SP12's on the car were fitted as the test set.
In all seriousness I can only assume that as a Vauxhall and Chevrolet dealer they are obliged to offer a full warranty and it's passed a '101 point check'.
If it really had passed a thorough, rigorous 'main dealer retail' type check and came with an infallible warranty I'd hazard that the asking price is not unreasonable - a similar 'mint' car privately might be advertised for £15k.
On the other hand it's much more likely the sales director's gone "Ooh an exotic TVR. Lets try it on."
Or he's valued it in multiples of a Chevrolet Daewoo Matiz RRP...
